Hello, I am Lauren!
Hello and welcome! My name is Lauren and I live in Atlanta, GA with my husband, two sons, and rescue pup! I am a Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach. There is so much contradictory information out there regarding diet and exercise, so I understand the frustration of wanting to feel better but not knowing where to begin. I started this company to help you navigate the confusing wellness world by creating sustainable lifestyle changes that work into your busy schedule. We offer customized programs that balance food, exercise, and overall well-being. How it works

Free Consultation
Free 30 minute call to go over your goals, options for programs, and answer any questions that you may have to see if we are a good fit for your needs.

Create Program
We will create a customized program based on your specific goals. We will decide how often to meet, how we want each session to look, and any followup needs between sessions
3.
Sessions
Sessions can be in person or virtual, and can take place at your home or at our outside gym. Each session is designed to be safe and effective and get you closer to your goal

Ongoing Support
Beyond our regular sessions we are available by email for any questions or concerns that come up.
