One on One Personal Training

One on one training to focus on your individual training needs.

We willl do a variety of exercises to work all major muscle groups using different items such as free weights, resistance bands, pilates ball, step up bench, bosu ball, and so much more.

We keep the exercises fun and interesting while also focusing on progressive overload to keep your body challenged. Perfect for all levels and customized to your goals.
Small Group Personal Training

Do you have a friend or two you would like to workout with? We offer small group training up to 4 people.

With this each person is doing a different exercise at the same time and you rotate through the exercises.

We still customize programs to your level and goals but the workouts are the same for everyone in the group.

Health Coaching

Health coaching focuses on small lifestyle changes to reach your goals.

We focus on getting more macronutrients into your diet such as protein and fiber, while also adding other healthy habits in to get your closer to your goals

We utilize both short term and long term goals to create a plan to get to where you want to be and ensure the changes we are making are sustainable for your lifestyle.
Prenatal Coaching

Staying active during pregnancy is so important for a healthy pregnancy and recovery.

As long as you are cleared from your doctor to exercise we do a variety of exercises to keep you strong during pregnancy and work your core and pelvic floor in safe and effective ways.

We also have lots of recommendations for how to get more nutrient dense food into your diet that are important for you and baby
Postnatal Coaching

After having your baby and you are cleared to exercise, we can start sessions.

We work together to create a plan for getting back into exercise and work on activating your core and pelvic floor before beginning exercising.

Then we start working your body back into exercising slowly, focusing on strengthening your posterior chain, unilateral exercises to further strengthen your core, and many exercises that help strengthen muscles used in daily life.

We have lots of recommendations for easy snacks that are high in protein and great for postpartum moms
Details and Program options

All programs are customizable for the number of times per month or week you would like to meet

​If you need to cancel or reschedule we just move the class, there is no cancellation penalty

All sessions include Personal Training and Health Coaching, and exercises can be provided for you to do in between sessions

Pricing depends on if the session is in person or virtual and if we come to your house or if you come to us for the session.
